Shipping & Returns

Please read our shipping information and returns policy prior to ordering (see below).

Shipping

We currently ship to Australian addresses only.

You decide during checkout whether you want your order shipped via:

  • Australia Post Regular Parcels ($5.50)
  • Australia Post Express Parcels ($7.70)
  • Australia Post Registered Mail ($9.50)

The Express Post and Registered Post options will allow you to track your order via: www.ausposttracking.com.au

Your privacy

We use their standard satchels, boxes and wrapping. No indication is given as to the package contents and the name 'Auspire Pty Ltd' is used as the senders name. There will be no mention of 'Raunchy Republic' externally so your privacy is assured!

If you enter a business address as your delivery address please be aware that many companies screen incoming mail. Some of our products may show up on x-ray machines and may attract closer inspection.

Delivery times

Typically you can expect delivery within 2 to 5 days, sooner if you choose Express Post.

Returns Policy

We try to be fair but please note that you can't return a product simply because you have changed your mind or its an unwanted gift for example. Please choose carefully.

You may return products that:

  • Arrived damaged.
  • Are not what you ordered.
  • Were not of merchantable quality as defined by the Trade Practices Act 1974.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

When to expect a refund, exchange or credit

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:

  1. The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days).
  2. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days).
  3. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To return an item:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. View the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the 'My Account' menu.
  3. Click the 'Return Item(s)' button.
  4. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You MUST include the returns authority number with your returned product(s). No refund, store credit or replacement will be processed without a returns authority number! Don't return any item until you have one.
